Payment Processing
Payments on this site are processed securely through PayPal. You can either log in to your PayPal account or pay using your credit card without logging in to PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase using a credit card. Click here for information about PayPal's security and privacy.
Local return customers may pay by check. Payment instructions are detailed during checkout. All other customers must pay using our shopping cart online through PayPal. Thank you.
Sales Tax
All Iowa residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items not wanted. All sales are final. If you believe that you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 1 week of your order and we will work with you to correct this. If there are any other issues or questions, please contact us right away, as your satisfaction is very important to us! Without our customers, we would not be in business!
Shipping
We currently ship to customers with addresses within the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands using the USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Many of our products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days to ship your order. We are not responsible for your package, or the products inside, once it has been shipped.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us by the USPS for any reason, there will be a 30% restocking fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable. The 70% credit for the returned product will be sent to the PayPal address you originally paid with. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that you pick up any package waiting for you at the USPS promptly, if applicable.
Out of Stock Items
Occassionally, an item may be out of stock. Out of stock items will be noted on our website, and when known, the anticipated arrival date will be given. If we run out of an item before we can update our website, you will be contacted and offered to substitute for that out of stock item or a refund for the item amount will be issued via the PayPal address you originally paid with.
